Stables Cottage: A Charming Holiday Retreat 

Nestled in a tranquil corner of Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park, Stables Cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to retain its charming original features. This dog friendly holiday accommodation is situated alongside our exclusive 9-hole golf course, and offers a secluded retreat for a peaceful escape just a short stroll from the stunning, historic Pearl Lake. 

Cosy Accommodation for Four 

Stables Cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms: a beautiful double room on the ground floor and a charming twin room upstairs. Access to the upstairs bedroom is via a unique ‘galley’ staircase, which is very steep with shallow treads. This original feature needs descending backwards! Please note: the staircase may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. 

Spacious and Characterful Interiors 

The Stables is accessed by a sliding door taking you straight into the dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a dining table that comfortably seats four. The large bathroom is off the downstairs hallway and has a full size bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. The cosy lounge has a wealth of exposed stone walls, comfortable sofa's, large TV and views of the golf course. (Please note, the log burner is for display purposes only).  

The main bedroom is off the sitting room and also has exposed stone walls. There's a king size bed, and plenty of storage including a wardrobe and a TV.

Up the steep, narrow tread stairs is a dressing room with further storage and through a stone arch is the compact, twin bedded, beamed second bedroom with velux windows. 

Private Garden and Parking 

At the front of the cottage, you’ll find a private garden, perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking. The garden is visible from the kitchen window, adding to the cottage’s homely charm. 

Activities to Enjoy 

During your stay, take advantage of complimentary fishing and golfing on-site. The park also offers fantastic opportunities for cycling, rambling, and simply unwinding amidst beautiful surroundings.
